Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently hiring, training, and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive company growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a General Sales Manager or similar role is essential.
  • Must have more than $1M in total closed sales.
